BPR was established in 1991 as PT. BPR Gunadhana Artamas, with its Deed of Establishment prepared by Notary/PPAT Gardinah Tanudjaja, S.H., under deed number 10 dated June 6, 1991. The bank's original office was located on Jalan Mawar in Batu, Malang, East Java.
1991On August 6, 2008, PT. BPR Gunadhana Artatama officially changed its name to PT. BPR Artatama Sejahtera.
2008In 2021, PT BPR Artatama implemented a strategic plan to relocate its operational activities and head office to South Jakarta, DKI Jakarta Province.
2019On May 23 2023, the Financial Services Authority (OJK) granted permission to change the address of PT. BPR Artatama Sejahtera's head office from Batu, Malang to Jalan Ciledug Raya No. 12 -13 M Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta with Financial Services Authority Decree Number: S-205/KO.0401/2023 which is in accordance with deed No. 24 dated 26 May 2023 and Decree of the Ministry of Law and Defense of the Republic of Indonesia Number AHU-0029274.AH.01.02.TAHUN 2023.
